Office-in-a-Box technical support package. This package is a pre-configured, easy
to use solution to meet the needs of franchisees. It requires a computer with internet
access to get started (supplied by Franchisee).
Office-in-a-Box consists of:
- A website customized for the Franchisee with updated training modules
- Unlimited email accounts for the Franchisee
- An office productivity toolkit which includes
- Word Processor with templates that can be customized
- Spreadsheet with templates for simple accounting
- Presentation tool with a presentation you can deliver over the internet
- Voice-over-IP program to communicate with FFE or Tech Support
- An online calendar and contacts database to support Franchisee sales and marketing
efforts
- All accessible through Franchisee personalized dashboard, created for Franchisee
by FFE
Computer hardware requirements: Computer with standard web browser and internet connection.
FFE can provide competitive pricing for hardware should Franchisee wish to explore
this option.
